Neil has 20 years of experience in the architecture and design of reliable communication systems. At Cognio, he is responsible for leading the company's technology and product strategy. Prior to becoming CTO, Neil was Director of Software Technology. Before joining Cognio, he held a series of director level positions at companies including Motorola, Sun Microsystems, and Xerox. Neil holds a BS Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MS Computer Engineering from USC. He has been issued 6 patents in the area of spectrum management and WiFi.
