Mr. Ashley Harkness is Manager, Laboratory Services for Electrical Reliability Services in Pleasanton, CA. Electrical Reliability Services is the largest independent testing company in the United States servicing the commercial and industrial electrical market.
Mr. Harkness joined the company in 1982. Since then he has participated in a wide variety of electrical, process control, and calibration projects. Involvement in numerous facility maintenance shutdowns has given Mr. Harkness a rounded background in electrical equipment and cable testing. Mr. Harkness is regularly involved in forensic investigations of failed electrical equipment and cables. Mr. Harkness is frequently called on as a troubleshooter for "non-traditional testing" projects. These include radio frequency interference testing and process and control instrumentation testing.
