Jean Paul Balajadia (JP), is Vice President of Operations and Founding Partner of 365 Main Inc. Balajadia brings 13 years of experience in the design, construction, and operation of critical facilities to the organization. Balajadia is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility and facility engineering staff within 365 Main's national data centers. Prior to joining 365 Main, Balajadia served as Manager of Site Operations for AboveNet Communications where he managed commissioning of all critical infrastructure and wrote all Standard Operating Procedures for electrical and mechanical systems.
Balajadia served as a member of the senior manager team for Alfa Tech Consulting Engineers where he performed as lead electrical engineer and overall project manager for multi-disciplined teams. Balajadia's past positions included design for over 5 million square feet of data center, lab and clean room manufacturing space globally for Exodus Communications, Cisco Systems, Chiron, Amgen, Novellus, Genentech and BEA Systems.
Balajadia has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA.
