Dennis is a 26-year veteran of the data center/mission critical market segment. Recent projects include Global Data Center, NC: construction of an $80 million, twelve-month program on a 150,000 SF Tier IV Data Center. Includes four 10,000 SF data halls, command center facilities and extensive related support facilities and systems for this extremely redundant facility. Digital Realty Trust, Philadelphia: a 10,000 SF Data Center Build-out (generators, fuel oil storage, UPS, Fire Sys., etc) and an electrical service reconfiguration. PJM Interconnect, Advanced Control & Data Center, Milford Township, NJ: a 55,000 SF conversion to Data Center and an underground Command Center. Scope included tunnels, turbine generators and UPS. Fidelity Weston Parkway Contact Center, Raleigh, NC: a 200,000 SF gut and renovation to provide a primary call center on a fast-track basis for this financial services provider.
