Mark Gerard is owner and president and DP Facilities Inc., an engineering design/build firm that has designed and built hundreds of facilities for major clients. He is also president and owner of Computer-Site Air Conditioning & Fire Protection, Inc., and president of Geographic Network Affiliates international, Inc., a real estate developer/owner specializing in technology/data center buildings in Europe, including facility and infrastructure management and telecom collocation facilities.

Mark was a founder of EDCO, a telecom-data center collocation facility in New York City, and was a founder and vice president of DEVNET, which controlled telecommunications access to real estate totaling 40,000,000 square feet of Tier 1 office properties in major cities throughout the United States.
