Mr. Kniery has a BSEE and spent his career in industrial and commercial operations including Procter & Gamble, ARCO Oil and Gas, and Hewlett Packard. He managed a team who won the IFMA 2001 Facility Management Award. His focus for Countrywide is design, startup and commissioning of corporate HVAC systems including central plants, building air systems and BMS controls. Solving the challenge of high density cooling for data centers using conventional elements is another area of focus.
