Mr. Leonard's position with Kling is Engineering Design Principal. His
role on projects is to set global engineering criteria and he is responsible for the development of systems. Mr. Leonard has over 20 years of experience in the design and commissioning of mission critical facilities. Mr. Leonard is a contributor to ASHRAE Technical Committee 9.9 developing standards for high density data centers and mission critical facilities. He is leading KlingStubbins Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) modeling efforts optimizing data center air-cooling system design and energy usage.
Mr. Leonard is investigating alternative cooling solutions for high density data centers. He has presented alternate solutions at industry forums, most recently the ASHRAE National Meeting in June 2005.
Mr. Leonard has over 20 years of experience in data center and laboratory facility design and has used CFD modeling to evaluate containment applications, data center facilities and atriums.
