Donna Manley joined the University of Pennsylvania in December 2004 as the IT Senior Director of Computer Operations, managing the University's Data Center and Operations staff in support of Penn's administrative systems. Prior to that, Ms. Manley was at Computer Sciences Corporation, providing IT Support Management for a variety of industries, including chemical, manufacturing, and education. She also has 15+ years of experience in IT in the Investment and Credit Card banking industries.
