Linda has over 18 years of experience in healthcare information technology. Her recent accomplishments include implementing a wireless network at Civista to aid in point of care clinical documentation, implementing an integrated electronic medical record including document imaging for paper records, on-line clinical documentation, bedside medication verification and physician order management software - establishing remote access to Civista electronic medical record for physicians, and completing the second phase of the hospital’s construction project which encompassed a network replacement, extending the wireless network, implementing wireless voice-over-IP telephones and integrating the nurse call system to the wireless phones at the point of care.
