Darryl S. Brown has more than 15 years of telecommunications, hosting and IT experience. He is currently Director, Cloud, SaaS & Media for Telx, a leading colocation and interconnection provider. Previously, Brown served as Director of Vertical Marketing for Equinix. Brown drives marketing, strategy and alliances to facilitate the growth of Telx Cloud and SaaS Vertical. Prior to Equinix, Brown held leadership positions at Global Crossing and Verizon Business where he ran Enterprise Marketing, Product Management and Advanced Solutions. Brown provided thought leadership and strategic direction across all areas of the business, ensuring the successful delivery and sale of Enterprise Class Internet, MPLS, VoIP, Hosting and Cloud solutions globally generating revenue in excess of $500m annually. Brown holds degrees from Southampton University and Bournemouth and Poole College of Further Education, United Kingdom.
