Jim has worked extensively in multiple jurisdictions addressing land use issues with tax increment financing, tax abatement, tax credits, tax exempt financing and other various incentives applicable to commercial development. His most recent experiences include considerable work on projects in the emerging areas of information technology, green data centers, broadband connectivity and renewable energy.
