Holmes was the Senior Facility Manager and Project Manager during the entire Silver Spring upgrade project. With over 35 years experience in construction and facility management, Holmes now serves as VP of Critical Infrastructure for Bytegrid Holdings, current owner of the Silver Spring site. He is a Mechanical Engineer graduate of the Naval Academy and has a Masters degree in ME from University of Florida. He is a retired Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer and is registered in South Carolina and Virginia.
