CRISISMANAGEMENTPLAN
ACrisisManagementPlan(CMP) isasetofpoliciesandprocedures thathelpguide facilitypersonnel to respond to incidentsof
varyingseveritythat, ifnotproperlymanaged,couldsignificantly impactthedatacenteroperations, theirpeople,ortheirability
to functionproductively.
TheCMPcanbeusedboth inpreparation forand inresponsetomajor incidentsandshouldbecloselyreviewedbymajor facility
stakeholdersandteammemberswhowouldparticipate intheresponsetoan incident.Theplan isdesignedtoprovideguidance
onhow to react toavarietyof crisisordisaster scenarios,with the intentof providinga safe, timelyand sound resolution that
minimizesbusiness impact.
CMMS
Computerizedmaintenancemanagement systems (CMMS) arekey tooperational excellence. Theyallow facilitymanagers to
translate information fromcontrols systems, remotemonitoring, or energymanagement teams into smartbusinessdecisions.

ENERGYMANAGEMENT

key toensuringasafeworkenvironmentwithoutanydisruptions tooperations. This trainingshould includespecificguidelines
inareasof personal protectiveequipment, fall protection, lock-out/tag-out procedures, hazardous communications training,
wastedisposal, andassuredgrounding, tonamea few topics.
