Committee Structure

Advisory Board - General advise on chapter vision, objectives and operations
Education Awards - Award recommendations for Board considerations
Golf / Activities - Coordinate annual golf outing
Sponsorship Committee - to promote and coordinate sponsorship
Other committees as identified by the Board

President/Chairman - Establish chapter direction , principal liaison between all chapters and the International Board of Directors.
Vice President - Act in the absence of President, Advisory Board Chair
Treasurer - Supervision of the financial affairs Membership Director- Promote chapter membership
Communications Director - Media relations and oversee all chapter communications
Administration Director - Maintain meeting minutes, web site, coordinate chapter meeting invitation's and attendance
Awards Director - Chair awards committee

Build Local Chapter membershipand eventually develop satellite chapters across New England
Develop standard operating model focused on pertinent and timely discussion topics that encourages member participation and expanded membership
Enhanced Marketing and Communications Plan
New website
Quarterly meetings with vendor sponsorship, participation and round table discussions Educational Award Program
Quarterly local evening meetings,starting March 2013
