Brian has worked for Apollo Group, Inc. for just over 7 years. During this time, Brian has worked in many different fields including accounting, human resources, call center/technical support, backups and storage and most recently, is the Senior Manager of the Data Center Infrastructure Services Team. Brian is Help Desk Manager certified by the Help Desk Institute, is ITIL Version 3 Foundation certified and holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Brian's Data Center Infrastructure team is focused on three main areas; Data Center Operations, Hardware Support and Virtual Infrastructure Support. They are committed to delivering world class customer service and building strategic relationships with their customers and internal IT partners. They provide global technical support 24x7 to Apollo employees and students by providing highly available infrastructure and services.
