As Data Center Manager at the University of Phoenix / Apollo Group, for the past 14 years, Rick is currently responsible for the seven main data centers. With over 25 years in the IT business, Rick has a variety of experience from building enterprise servers to running data centers. His diverse experience has been demonstrated by speaking at several data center national conferences and Webinars over the past five years. Other professional efforts have included teaching operating systems at the local community college and writing a commercial application that is registered at the Library of Congress. Rick has extensive experience with all aspects of IT and brings the necessary insight to not only designing data centers, but understanding potential issues with the equipment within the data center environment.
