A master business continuity planner and certified data center professional, Jim has worked with large corporations globally and held positions within construction, engineering, security, data center support, and facilities management for office, data center, and corporate facilities. This includes site selection, design/build specifications, contracts, and coordination with A/E and contracting firms for new data center and retro-fit and expansion for existing installations.
Jim is the President of Business Continuity Services, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in providing in disaster recovery, business continuity, crisis management, and organizational resilience. He is also the Chairman of the Board of The International Consortium for Organizational Resilience, an international non-profit education and credentialing organization. In addition, Jim is affiliated with such organizations as ACP, DRII, and IAEM. He is also a frequent speaker and educator.
